The World Defense Show 2026, a security and defense technology exhibition, will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from February 8 to 12. Although it is a relatively new trade fair, it has already become one of the most important events in the industry worldwide and is also the start of the exhibition season. Riyadh will host all of the world's leaders in the defense industry, and companies belonging to the CSG group will also be among the exhibitors.

Saudi Arabia and the Middle East are important markets for military and defense technologies, from which CSG Group companies attract important customers. That is why they have already exhibited at the first and second editions of WDS. This year, the CSG stand will feature Tatra Trucks, Excalibur Army, Tatra Defence, as well as MSM Group, Retia, Excalibur International, AviaNera Technologies, MSM North America and also The Kinetic Group and Fiocchi Munizioni. The joint CSG stand will be the largest of the Czech participation.

Tatra Trucks, as the most important Czech manufacturer of trucks, will introduce vehicles and applications for military purposes to visitors and potential customers through the Tatra Export company. The main exhibit will be the latest version of the medium logistics vehicle Tatra 810M, and visitors will also be able to see vehicles from the Tatra Force and Tatra Phoenix model lines, which serve in a number of armed forces around the world, including the Middle East, through electronic presentations. Other Tatra vehicles of various designs will also be exhibited by the Tatra’s local automotive partners. For example, in recent years, Tatra has also built a manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia together with a local company, which produces Tatra vehicles for the local army and market.

The Middle East and Asia are also the domain of Excalibur Army, whose products have also found their customers in these territories. For example, it has supplied Patriot 4x4 and Treva-30 vehicles to the United Arab Emirates, and in addition to them, representatives of the company will also present their portfolio of artillery systems at WDS 2026, including the Morana 155 mm and Dita 155 mm, both on Tatra chassis. Potential customers will also be able to get acquainted with the RM-70 Vampire 122 mm rocket launchers and special engineering vehicles, such as the AM-70EX and AM-50EX bridge vehicles.

Representatives of Tatra Defence will be available to the professional public and partners for consultations and to answer questions regarding its complete portfolio of armoured vehicles. This will primarily concern the Pandur 8x8 platform and its latest addition in the form of the Pandur 8x8 EVO wheeled infantry fighting vehicle.

The MSM Group company, which covers several ammunition manufacturers, will show the entire range of modern large-calibre ammunition, including training ammunition produced by VOP Nováky, ZVS, ZVI and Fábrica de Municiones de Granada (FMG). From their offer, experts and visitors to WDS will be able to get acquainted with 155 mm artillery ammunition and its components, as well as 120 mm tank ammunition and 120 mm training tank ammunition, which is unique worldwide and was created in cooperation between VOP Nováky and FMG. In addition, MSM Group companies will also bring 105 mm artillery and tank ammunition or 30 mm medium-calibre ammunition to Riyadh. There will also be mock-ups of mines for 60 mm, 81 mm and 120 mm mortars, which are also commonly used within NATO, or pyrotechnic components and supplies.

Retia will bring a system designed to eliminate air threats to Riyadh in the form of a detailed scale model. The entire setup demonstrates a combination of two approaches to eliminating air targets. The first part represents a medium or long-range system falling into the GBAD category, which includes radars on tractor chassis, fire control points and the missile carrier itself, which serves to eliminate targets. The second part of the system takes the form of additional anti-drone protection that can also deal with small UAVs, with initial detection using radar. This is a so-called soft-kill solution that does not have fatal consequences for the UAV or its operator. Retia will also exhibit the lightweight and portable ReTwis 5+ radar, which can find and track living people and animals behind a wall or other non-metallic obstacle.

Excalibur International will also present its services and projects to visitors at the CSG stand through 3D visualization. It acts as an integrator of complex strategic projects of CSG group companies and also represents them commercially in a number of regions around the world. Excalibur International focuses primarily on large international projects, the supply of complex turnkey solutions, logistics and project financing in the field of defense and civil industry. It has implemented a number of successful projects in the Middle East and has already acquired many customers and business partners.

AviaNera Technologies, which was established as part of CSG group last year and is closely linked to Excalibur International, will also be exhibiting at the CSG stand. AviaNera specializes in the development, production and sale of small jet engines intended for unmanned vehicles. In Riyadh, the company will present its MTJ300 and MTF4000 series engines, which are designed for modern and advanced defense platforms, such as cruise missiles, training targets and anti-ship missiles. The engines are very reliable in operation, characterized by compact installation dimensions and very low fuel consumption, ensuring long range at high subsonic speeds in any conditions. In addition, company representatives will present other developed power units from its portfolio and strategic development projects to experts.

MSM North America, a company active in the production and supply of ammunition and an important player in the US Munitions Industrial Base (MIB) through the supply of essential products to the US armed forces, will also be present at the CSG stand. Last year, it won a contract from the US Army to design and build the so-called Future Artillery Complex in Iowa, which will be the most modern facility for loading large-calibre 155 mm artillery ammunition in North America with a capacity of tens of thousands of rounds per month.

The US company The Kinetic Group and the Italian company Fiocchi Munizioni will also present a diverse portfolio of small-calibre and shotgun ammunition at the CSG stand. The Kinetic Group brings together leading US manufacturers and brands of small-calibre ammunition for pistols, revolvers, rifles and shotguns, such as Federal, Remington, CCI, Speer and Hevi-Shot. Fiocchi Munizioni is one of the largest manufacturers of small-calibre and shotgun ammunition for sports, hunting, defense and security forces in the world. Thanks to the capacities of these companies, the CSG group ranks among the global leaders in the field of small-calibre ammunition.

The World Defense Show is organized by the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), which is an institution that has the role of regulator, agent, and licensor for the military industry sector in Saudi Arabia. The show will take place with the support of the Ministry of Interior, the National Guard and the security forces and services of Saudi Arabia.
